This policy covers mpcb.vortex.llc, the MostlyPCB™ waitlist, run by Vortex Computation. If anything here is unclear, email hello@vortex.llc and we will answer plainly.
The short version: the waitlist asks for your email address and one optional answer, what a reviewed board would be worth to you. We use them to tell you once when MostlyPCB opens, and to understand what the service is worth to the people waiting for it. We do not sell or share your personal information.

When you joined

- The date and time your address was added to the list.

- To keep the list in order.

- As long as your address is on the list.
Page visits
- What it is
- Google Analytics page views, counted with cookies it sets in your browser.
- Why
- To count visits and see which pages work.
- How long we keep it
- Per our Google Analytics retention setting.
When you send the form, the server uses your IP address to stop repeated sign-up attempts. It is held only in the server's working memory. It is never saved with your email address or written to the waitlist.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines it.
2. Where it goes
- Storage and hosting. Service providers store the waitlist and host this site on our behalf.
- Google Analytics. It counts visits with cookies it sets in your browser. It loads for every visitor, and we do not ask first. Its advertising features are switched off here: Google's ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization signals are set to denied. The waitlist form does not send your email address or your answer to Google. For the cookies Google Analytics sets, see the Vortex Computation cookie policy.
- Nobody else. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not trade or rent lists.
- We may disclose information if the law compels us to, or to protect someone's safety.
3. Your privacy rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and who we have disclosed it to.
- Delete it.
- Correct it.
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you these rights in law, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and the right not to be treated differently for using any of them. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will say so here first.
4. How to make a request
Email hello@vortex.llc and say what you want: a copy, a deletion, or a correction. We will match your request to the email address on the list. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 calendar days. There is no charge.
5. Email you receive from us
If you join the waitlist, we email you once, when MostlyPCB opens. No newsletter and no drip campaign. To come off the list before then, email hello@vortex.llc and we will delete your address.
6. Children
This is a business service, not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email hello@vortex.llc and we will delete it.
7. Changes
If what we collect changes, we will update this page first. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
